Hlebčići

Za ove hlebcice koristi se recept za pizza testo.

Sastojci :
20 g svezeg kvasca
prstohvat secera
400 g brasna
180 ml mleka
3 kasike ulja ( moze i maslinovo )
1 kasicica soli
1 kasicica origana
1 jaje i krupna so za posipanje

Priprema :
Zamesiti testo tako sto se u sredinu brasna izmrvi kvasac, posipa secer i doda mleko, ulje i so.
Mesiti dok se ne dobije glatko testo.
Pokriti testo i ostaviti da naraste.
Kad testo naraste, premesiti ga, podeliti na 8 kuglica, dlanovima oblikovati pogacice i redjati u pleh na papir za pecenje.
Izbosti ih viljuskom na vise mesta, premazati jajetom i posipati krupnom solju.
Peci na 200 stepeni oko 20 minuta.

 Ingredients:

pinch of sugar

400 g of flour

Preparation:

Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
